Project X is on the way…

The creators of The Hangover & Old School have struck gold with Project X, there’s nothing better than a party that goes…well wrong. Hitting cinemas March 2nd this isn’t to be missed and neither is the secret party in conjunction hosted by Vice, to win some tickets all you have to do is submit their DO’s and DONT’s to the Facebook microsite & vote…yes it’s that easy.

Oh and this is for UK residents so sorry to all our US followers.

Carhartt WIP SS 2012 / Illustration by SHOHEI

Carhartt is my shit, period. I love their approach, attention to detail & the consistent quality of their garms. For their Spring/Summer collection Japanese illustrator SHOHEI was hired to put his ballpoint pen to paper and give a few select pieces a lil animated edge…its definitely something different but the fusion of art & art is no more than an inch from perfect.

Skin: A Film by Ryan Hope

A stylized, in-depth look into tattoo culture and its placement within high & low culture. World renowned artists from Damien Hirst to Jeff Koons designed tattoos for regular people with a life nothing less than interesting in this latest piece of conceptual art. The visual aesthetic itself can keep your attention for the run time but lend a keen ear and really immerse yourself in the film in order to really understand or question.

Coming to the end of his tour across the US Maestro checked into wintery Atlanta where it’s a bout -6 just a touch colder than over here in London.
