Wiz is back with that DayToday and what better way to set it off but with some hard studio footage. With all the Taylors on deck + Pharrell Williams & even Ace this shit is pretty sick… surprised Domo didn’t get a cameo, this must have been when they recorded ‘Ground Up’. Oh & go cop that!
Today’s been more than perfect for music, we’ve had the debut of Earl’s return with ‘Home’ & now we’ve got the visuals to one of the trillest tracks of 2011/12…hands down. The Throne kept it 100% with the visuals, perfecting the kaleidoscope effect and sending a few peeps into a trance with layering of live performance footage alongside historic monuments. This is the kinda shit that has to be played in 1080p on a 50” with all the lights off…cinematic!
This is defintiely something special, appropriately dubbed ‘Home’ Earl Sweat has jumped on his first track since his return to LA, this is the start of something dope…been waiting too long for this.
Carhartt is my shit, period. I love their approach, attention to detail & the consistent quality of their garms. For their Spring/Summer collection Japanese illustrator SHOHEI was hired to put his ballpoint pen to paper and give a few select pieces a lil animated edge…its definitely something different but the fusion of art & art is no more than an inch from perfect.
What I really appreciate about the OF camp is their loyalty & belief in each other, without that they wouldn’t be able to keep everything in-house and that in itself is one of the reason why I rate them. Domo always killed it’s from ‘Rolling Papers’ and even before but ‘Under The Influence’ is in my opinion his best yet + I know for a fact that ain’t the tip of the iceberg. Enough of me and more of the music…press play.
For the Spring/Summer Black Scale have decided to move unto more deeper fabric choices in regards to their jackets and shirts and few bold graphics, Using fewer dark tones and more greys and yellows. Its not something we know Black Scale for but it could definitely work in their favour…I can definitely see a few pieces from t-shirts to hats that are certified…
Sir Michael Rocks drops two tracks for the fans until his next project. Looking forward to see what kind of music he puts now that he’s signed to Jet Life, seems as though he’ll still be killing it. It’s already looking like a dope year for the hip-hop world. Listen & Share, Download on the side.

Apart from their music, what really sets the A$AP Mob apart from the rest is their character & all this interview footage really bring it through, they seem like some trill as dude. Montrality caught up with a few of them including Yams, Rocky & Twelvy to talk tatts…book titles and their story.
When they hit London they need to come kick it with us SMF ninjas. Swag Swag
SuperBowl Sunday is a big event for people in the UK but its something special for all the NFL/sports fans out there one being the dapper Spitta. Certifying the event Curren$y has dropped a beautiful 5 track EP for us to enjoy alongside the action. Click the album art above to cop…
Hopefully you guys peep’d the previous post on Starcow’s rendition of the Reebok Workout for their 25th anniversary, but this time we have a few snaps of London based boutique Foot Patrol’s attempt which if you run it by me was successful indeed. Here are a few words from the people themselves;
“Inspiration for our interpretation of the Reebok Workout 25th anniversary shoe comes essentially from London and its almost perpetual state of grey–the generally dull and cloudy weather and concrete surroundings. This harsh environment that we call home enlightened by the occasional blast of warm sunshine. Heavy brushed suede and creamy gum sole fitting our outlook of taking the rough with the smooth. Our personal workout is all about good times! Friends, food, drink & good music is all we need.”
